How to Use（使用方法 / Directions）
Step 1 — 洗发 / Shampooing
取适量洗发乳，加水搓揉起泡，按摩头皮与发丝，再以清水冲净。
Apply shampoo, lather with water, massage scalp & hair, then rinse thoroughly.
Step 2 — 护发素 / Conditioner
将护发素涂抹于发尾至发中，停留 1–3 分钟后冲洗。
Apply conditioner to mid-lengths & ends, leave for 1–3 minutes, then rinse.
Step 3 — 蓬松护理技巧（可选） / For Extra Volume (Optional)
冲洗后以毛巾轻压吸干水分，吹发时逆向吹提升蓬松度。
Use towel to absorb moisture and blow-dry roots upward for enhanced volume
