How to Use（使用方法 / Directions）
Step 1 — 基础使用 / Apply to Skin
取适量防晒霜均匀涂抹于脸部与颈部。
Apply an appropriate amount evenly on face and neck.
Step 2 — 全身防护 / Body Application
户外活动请加涂于手臂、腿部等暴露区域。
Apply to arms, legs, and exposed areas when outdoors.
**Step 3 — 喷雾使用方式（喷雾款）/ For Spray Variants**
距离肌肤 10–15cm 均匀喷洒，再轻拍帮助吸收。
Spray from 10–15cm away and pat lightly for absorption.
Step 4 — 补涂 / Reapply as Needed
运动流汗后、长时间日晒时需每 2–3 小时补涂一次。
Reapply every 2–3 hours, especially after sweating or outdoor exposure.
Step 5 — 上妆前使用 / Before Makeup
防晒完全吸收后再进行底妆，提升贴妆度。
